Order and Delivery

Order and Delivery Guidance:

Order Process: –

When we receive your order, you will automatically be sent a confirmation email confirming your order. We aim to process and ship your order within 48 hours of receiving it – please be aware our working days are Monday -Friday. For example, if an order was placed on a Friday evening, we would receive the order Monday morning and the 48 hours would begin at that point. Once your order is dispatched an email will be sent to you to confirm your order is on its way.

Delivery: – We currently only ship our products within India. We have three delivery price bands depending on the product you’ve selected. The delivery cost for each product will be listed on each product page under the delivery tab.

We offer free standard shipping on orders over Rs.4000 . 

When the courier is not able to deliver your parcel, they will leave you a card either offering a re-delivery at a time to suit you or advising where your parcel is being held, pending collection. If you do not receive your order within 3 working days of being advised it’s been dispatched, please contact us on henrywagin@gmail.com where we will be happy to update you regarding the progress of your order.

Delivery Time

For our valued customers in India, we're dedicated to providing fast and reliable delivery. The estimated delivery time for orders shipped within India is typically 2-5 business days. This timeframe may vary slightly depending on the specific location within the country, the logistics provider, and the product availability. We work closely with reputable courier services to ensure your package is delivered to your doorstep as swiftly as possible. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your shipment's progress.
